Cinema trip

Rockin the 3D glasses
I went to see The Hobbit yesterday which was a lot of fun. My dad read it to me when I was a kid so I was particularly excited to see it for that reason. I remembered quite a lot, but I had no idea the movie is going to be in more than one part so I thought we were half way there when it ended, haha! I loved the new 40 frames per second thing. It looked so real and the orks looked even more terrifying! I just loved the elves and their beauty. The movie made me laugh a lot too, especially Gandalf and the dwarfs. Bilbo was pretty much just as I remember him from the book. The amount of details they remembered in the movie was amazing, apparently they worked with Tolkien's son to make it all perfect.

I've been taking it easy lately, going for walks, learning new things to cook and taking lots of driving lessons. It's fun!

Right now, as you can see, I'm baking bread and watching the latest Victoria's Secret show again, it's always fun to watch!

Looots of love:)

Hey, my name is Earl

Hey!

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show aired in the US three days ago, I saw it yesterday. I loved the it, I think the last two years it's been been better than ever. It was awesome seeing Adriana Lima open the show, she looks amazing and she is just ever so cool. The fantasy bra looked like it was made for Alessandra, I just totally imagine her style to be just like that. Rihanna's second performance I thought was the best performance in the show, I loved her outfit. I loved her pearl shades in her first performance too, I've already ordered similar ones. I love pearls so much, I just had to have them, haha!
They have this cool new thing on VictoriasSecret.com where you can see the  photos of the full outfits from the show and buy the underwear they are wearing, I love that!

I couldn't even start to talk about what I liked the most and which were my favorite outfits because there are so many. I absolutely love the show and I'm so excited for it every year, way more excited for this than christmas eve. Another one of the walks was inspired by all the seasons and traditions and stuff, such a cool idea! One of the walks were inspired by old Hollywood movie stars so it was very glamorous with lots of diamonds, it was also inspired by Swarovski as they have collaborated for ten years this year. The different sections were: Circus, Dangerous Liaisons, Calendar Girls, Pink Is Us, Silver Screen Angels and Angels In Bloom. I just want to watch it again now, I probably will, haha!

My new sunglasses:D
Here in Norway it's super cold these days, it's minus four degrees celsius in the day and minus ten at night. I can't sit still for more than five seconds inside without feeling freezing even though the radiators are on and I have warm clothes on. It's nice out though, the snow is still here even though it hasn't snowed for days and it's sunny every day which makes me really happy.

Do you like my new cover photo here? I thought it was time for a change, it was fun making it.

Ken and I have started watching a show called "My name is Earl". It's so ridiculously funny! I laugh out loud several times each episode, it's just hilarious!! You have to watch it, it's on Netflix. It's about a southern, low-life guy who used to be a thief and did bad things. He wins 100,000 dollars in a scratch card, but gets hit by a car straight afterwards and starts to believe in karma. So he makes a list of all the bad things he's done and each episode is about him fixing something on his list, better and better things start happen too him. It's fun how true he stays to his promise to himself about making everything on the list right again, if he's been bad to someone he has to make them feel good again and change what he did even if they don't want him to. The cast is amazing. I'm getting excited talking about it, I just want to watch that too! Sometimes Earl looks ridiculously much like Ronnie Vannucci, the drummer from The Killers.

Hope everyone is inside and warm:)

Lots of love

First day in Vienna

Ken and I are currently in Vienna and we're having a wonderful time! Right now I'm in the hotel bar enjoying a wine on the house and drinking loads of water because I have yet to find out if I can actually drink the spring water or not and as it's Sunday no store is open to buy any. I've been dehydrated for most of the time already, haha!

We took a flight leaving Bergen in the afternoon so we arrived to Vienna pretty late, only to find out that our luggage was lost. Of course I got quite stressed out as pretty much everything in it is things I love, but the man we talked with was pretty calm and told us it was probably because we had such a short time in Copenhagen where we changes flights, we were only there for 40 minutes. I actually managed to go shopping at the new Victoria's Secret store in those 40 minutes and make it to the next flight before boarding had even started, just saying... Lousy airport! Seeing the new VS store was amazing! It was an accessory store though so they only had panties, bags, perfumes, lotions and so on, but it was so much fun.

VS store, terminal 2 in Copenhagen airport! So excited! Ken's photo:)

This was on the wall:)

Wohoo, what's in here I won't share though, that's private!

Dry air and bad food in the air can make our faces go like this.. Or Ken said something silly, can't tell, haha!

Finally at the hotel, sitting in the lobby, the only place with wifi.  Ken has thankfully manages to fix this though, he's got 3G now and I can hook up to that in the room:)
I did learn that Saturday is an excellent day to travel on, the airports were practically empty. There were no queues anywhere and the flights had plenty of room. As we were traveling with SAS the travel was pleasant as always. All the stores were closed when we arrived. I was using lenses on my eyes and they have to be taken out every night and my lens box and solution stuff was all in my luggage so we had to walk forever in a really dodgy area to try to find a pharmacy that was open 24 hours to buy new stuff. Thank god Ken was with me! After having asked a bunch of people and walking in the cold weather for a while we found it and woman there helped me find what I needed, she was very nice.

In our hotel we bought the room with some sort of package deal or whatever so we get breakfast every morning. I love hotel breakfasts, they are the best. We were up pretty early to eat, the food was great!  Thankfully around 4 o'clock this afternoon our luggage came to the hotel, I was super happy!! Earlier we had been for walks around getting to know the neighborhood. I also had some amazing Austrian food and a really, really weird thing called bubble tea, I'll show pictures in a little bit. I also shopped a few christmas gifts, it was fun! We're right by a shopping street, a shopping centre and a train station, perfect! Can't wait to go there tomorrow when things are actually open. I'm a troubled sleeper so I didn't sleep too much, and most of the time today I've been in yesterdays clothes and makeup so I apologize in advance for my tired face in the photos from the trip so far, haha!

This is bubble tea, you choose which bubble taste you want and they're in the bottom like this. I chose strawberry.

Here's the bubble bar, haha!

And this is what it looks like in the end. I had wild blueberry tea, I didn't like the bubbles at all, they burst in your mouth and it's really weird, Ken liked it though.

Europaplatz

Some park nearby:)
They have these things on the street, you put in 90 cent and you can just take a newspaper. Very trusting country, especially for such a big city!
So far I have a great impression, the people seem very nice, most of them anyway, some seem a little stressed and grumpy. It's beautiful, I can't wait to see more of the city. I'm gonna do a little shopping tomorrow morning and then see Muse in the evening!! I'm so excited! I hope me and Ken won't be separated there as he has a press pass, but I'm sure we'll find each other. I'm kind of hoping I can sneak in with him and get to the front and take some photos. We've just had some junkfood for dinner which is nice, it usually must be had at some point on a trip!

That's what it looks like where I am right now, the waiter just made fun of me for drinking so much water. I'm having a really great time, I'm so excited for the next few days. So happy!

Lots of love:) xoxo

To Norway!

Yesterday morning we left Ireland. Mandy was kind and drove us to the airport where we were traveling with SAS to Bergen via Copenhagen. We had a lot of luggage of course and when checking in to a very nice Russian woman, we had a bit of overweight on our luggage and Ken offered straight away to take something out and rearrange our stuff. She answered with a Russian accent "Don't worry about it, we're not Ryanair". It was hilarious! I love SAS.

Saying goodbye to Mandy was so sad, but I think she's coming to visit and we're planing coming back to Ireland to spend time with her on her birthday next month. It was heartbreaking to say goodbye to Evie too, she was really upset.

The flight was a little delayed so we had a delicious smoothie while waiting and I got a new foundation (Rimmel, only 10 euro, but absolutely amazing).

In the two photos above you see Denmark. It's so flat, I don't think there's a single hill in the entire country so everyone cycles, but more about that some other time!

The airport in Copenhagen is amazing, it was a lovely surprise to see that they are opening a Victoria's Secret store there. That's very exciting. I'll make sure always layover in Copenhagen no matter where I go!

Lana Del Rey is signed to NEXT model management and it was very exciting to see her pictures with H&M in the store in Copenhagen. She is on loads of the busses in Dublin too, but I never got a chance to take a photo.

Our second flight was delayed too, but I didn't mind at all, I love that airport. It's got all sorts of shops and several Starbucks shops. They're just as busy as they normally are. It's very beautiful looking too and the people are all nice.

The pictures above are all of the wonderful Copenhagen airport. I have great memories from there. The flight we took to Bergen was very small. There were only two seats on each side of the isle and Ken were too tall, he bumped his head of the roof, it was very funny.

It's always fun traveling with Ken, he always somehow manage to make laugh the entire way. He also inspires me to be a better person, he's really the best.

The pictures above were taken on the flight between Copenhagen and Bergen.

My mum came and picked us up from the airport. Here we are with our tons of luggage. It was great to see my mum again, she came straight from work. She was working for a British Pink Floyd tribute band, Brit Floyd. She was leaving almost straight away to see their show and work some more, but we were lucky to catch her on her break and she was very nice to come get us. We went straight to my dad's house where we'll be staying. He had to go too, he's working in Moss I think so he's gone till Thursday afternoon. We have just been relaxing and sleeping last night and today, it's been so nice. We've been tired after the travel and since we had to be up so early to leave for the airport in Dublin I hadn't slept very much.

I saw Jenny later today though. She's my very best friend. We've got a lot of history, it's great having a friend like her. Even though our friendship has been on hold for a while as I've been abroad for over two years it's great that we can pick it up just where we left it. I'm pretty sure no matter how many years I live away from Bergen she'll always be my bff! She was very persistent and even though I was way too tired she dragged me to a shopping centre, Lagunen, for coffee.
Here we are!

The rest of the evening I've been sitting inside watching The Simpsons and eating pizza with my love. That's always fun. It's nice having the house to ourselves, I don't think we've had that since we left our old apartment. I love it!
